Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tablespoons sriracha adjust to heat tolerance
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice optional
  • 1 clove garlic minced, optional

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, add mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Whisk until smooth.
  • Taste the mixture. If you prefer a sweeter sauce, mix in honey. For a more tangy flavor, add lime juice.
  • If using garlic, mince one clove finely and stir it into the sauce.
  • Whisk the sauce until all ingredients are fully combined and the texture is creamy. If it’s too thick, thin it with a splash of water or lime juice.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the sauce for at least 15–20 minutes. This resting time allows the flavors to meld.

Notes

Add a pinch of smoked paprika or cayenne for a smoky or extra-hot twist. Stir in chopped fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Avoid freezing.
